I have been in the Health, Fitness, and Wellness Industries for 25 years.
I have worked in 5 countries, ranging from a Fitness and GX Instructor to Club Activity Director, a Training Manager, a creator of GX programs and Master Trainer, Founder and the President of ASF Professionals.
Jordan is the motherland of my fitness career. I have started in Amman-Jordan as a GXI and gym floor Trainer in 1996.

(2008-2015) Master trainer of Gold’s Gym Armenia trainers’ team. I have trained instructors to be more proficient, efficient, competent, and skilled, organized public fitness demo shows to encourage a healthy lifestyle in Armenia, organized fitness educations for GG Armenia instructors such as Body Pump, Body Combat (Les Mills) programs and TRX STC.
(2013-2015) Freestyler Master Trainer of Freestyler Company, Canada-Slovenia.
(2015 to present) Collaborating with IFBB Armenia as a Training Manager, and a Master Trainer of SABS, RABS, CABS, Cardio Kick-Boxing, and Indoor Cycling programs, training Armenian and Iranian instructors, and hosting fitness educations represented by MTs of MEFITPRO, Jump Academy and AIKARO Solution companies for Armenian and Iranian instructors.
(2017 to present) Collaborating with JUMP Academy Jordan as a creator and Master Trainer of JUMP LIFT, JUMP CAMP, JUMP SPIN, JUMP FIGHT programs.
I am the founder and the President of ASF Professionals of Armenia, since of April 2021.

I love nonstop progress, the music of the world, and to see everyone happy, healthy, strong, and forever young!!!
